I'm trying to playup the "biker" angle on the character. Aditionally, she is now Black? Not enough black Public Domain Superheroes, yo.

Is the helmet only for when she is on the bike, or is it a complete part of her costume?

Well, the idea was for her to keep it on all the time. Make her a little different from most of the other feline themed femme fatales that way.

It has a cool v-fin look to it.

As far as a helmet goes, it makes her less recognizable, considering she is famous.
